What is the minimum order quantity?
We accept orders from 20 units. All sizes (S–XL) and mixed orders are possible. Tiered pricing: 20–40 pcs = €109 / unit, 41–100 pcs = €99 / unit, from 101 pcs = €89 / unit.
How does invoicing work for business customers?
Business customers receive a proper invoice showing the final amount. Under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG) no VAT is charged or shown, so input tax deduction is not possible.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment is agreed individually and processed by invoice (advance payment / bank transfer). Additional payment methods will follow once regular sales operations begin.
How long does production take?
Standard delivery approx. 12 weeks. For planned orders (e.g. trade shows, seasonal start) we can agree on fixed delivery dates on request.
Can you print our logo on every cover size?
Yes. Logo print is included in the unit price for all sizes S–XL. We print in white on the hood; vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) preferred.
