2. Hosting

This website runs on the Lovable Cloud platform via Cloudflare servers in Europe. When you visit the site, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, user-agent) is processed to ensure security and stability (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR).

3. Configurator and AI processing

Vehicle photos and logos uploaded in the configurator are sent to an AI image generator (Google Gemini) to create a preview of your cover. Images are stored in our object storage (Supabase Storage, EU region) and accessible only via a randomly generated URL. You may request deletion at any time.

4. Order requests

We currently do not process payments through third-party providers. We store the data required to handle your request (request number, size, quantity, logo URL, shipping address, email) in our database, based on Art. 6 (1) b GDPR.

5. Contact form

Information transmitted via our contact form (name, email, message) is stored solely to process your request (Art. 6 (1) b and f GDPR).

6. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies only.

7. Retention

Order data is retained for 6 or 10 years according to commercial and tax law obligations. Configurator images without an associated order are deleted after 90 days.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
