Terms & conditions
The English translation is being prepared. The legally binding German version is available at /agb.
§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses on carcovermate.com with Nicholas Gertz, Euckenstraße 6, 81369 Munich, Germany.
§ 2 Request process & conclusion of contract
The presentation of products is not a binding offer. We currently use the configurator for non-binding order requests from 20 units. By submitting the form you send us an inquiry. We will then contact you personally by email with an individual quote. A contract is only concluded when you expressly accept that quote.
§ 3 Prices and shipping
As a small business under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown. Prices listed in the quote are subject to the shipping costs stated there.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is agreed individually and processed by invoice (advance payment / bank transfer). As soon as a regular online checkout becomes available, we will publish the payment providers in use here.
§ 5 Lead time & production
Each cover is produced individually. Estimated lead time is approx. 12 weeks from receipt of payment. Delays will be communicated by email.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal / exclusion
Note: There is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by you is decisive (e.g. covers with an individual logo or vehicle-specific manufacturing). For standard covers without personalisation the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
§ 7 Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply. Defects must be reported promptly upon receipt.
§ 8 AI-generated preview
The preview shown in the configurator is generated by AI and serves illustrative purposes only. Minor deviations between the preview and the produced item are possible and do not constitute a defect.
§ 9 Dispute resolution
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
