  • What material are the covers made of?

    Elastic, breathable stretch fabric in matte black. Hugs the body shape without harming the paint.

  • What sizes are available?

    Four standard sizes S, M, L and XL — from city car to large SUV, van or GT. See the size guide.

  • Is the cover for indoor or outdoor use?

    Primarily indoor (showroom, garage, hall). Short-term outdoor use is possible; long-term outdoor use is not recommended.

  • Can the cover be customised?

    Yes, for special bodies (roll bars, wide fenders, rear wings) we take individual measurements.

  • How do I order?

    Via the AI configurator on the homepage: upload a photo, choose a logo, review the preview, pick a size, send the request. You'll receive a fixed-price quote within 1–2 business days.

  • Can I order as a private customer?

    Yes, but CarCoverMate only delivers from 20 units per order. The entry price is €109 per cover including logo, shipping and duties (DE/AT/CH/EU).

  • What payment methods are available?

    Invoice, prepayment or SEPA transfer. Credit card and PayPal currently not supported.

  • Can I change my order?

    As long as production hasn't started, yes. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.

  • How long is delivery?

    About 12 weeks from order confirmation. Every cover is made-to-order for the specific vehicle model.

  • Where do you ship?

    Within DE, AT, CH and EU. Shipping and duties are included. Worldwide shipping on request.

  • How do I know the current status?

    You receive email updates on production start, completion and shipping. Live status is always available at /en/order.

  • Is my logo printed?

    Yes. White print on the hood is included in the unit price. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) are preferred.

  • Can I print multiple designs?

    Currently we print one design per cover. For special requests (sponsor combinations, rear print), contact us directly.

  • What if I don't have a logo?

    No problem — we ship without a logo too. Alternatively we create a wordmark or monogram for a small fee.

  • How do I care for the cover?

    Machine wash at 30 °C, no spin, air dry. No fabric softener.

  • What if the cover is damaged?

    Small tears can be repaired. For major damage we produce a replacement at re-order pricing.

  • Are there volume discounts?

    Yes. B2B tier (final prices incl. shipping & duties): €109 from 20 units, €99 from 41 units, €89 from 101 units. Under § 19 UStG no VAT is shown.

  • Are framework agreements possible?

    Yes. We offer framework agreements with fixed conditions and call-off delivery.

  • Can we get samples?

    Yes, paid fabric samples are available. Contact us directly.

  • Is VAT shown on the invoice?

    No. CarCoverMate operates under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG) — no VAT is charged or shown on the invoice, and input tax deduction is not possible. The stated amount is the final price.

  • Is there a right of withdrawal?

    No. All covers are made-to-order (vehicle-specific); the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 312g (2) No. 1 German Civil Code. Details: https://carcovermate.com/en/withdrawal

  • What warranty applies?

    Statutory warranty of 24 months on material and manufacturing defects.

  • How are prices and VAT shown?

    All prices are final prices in Euro including shipping and duties (DE/AT/CH/EU). Under the German small business rule (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.

  • Can I integrate CarCoverMate into an AI assistant?

    Yes. We run a public MCP server at https://carcovermate.com/mcp. Setup guide: /en/connect.
